Giloy Powder
Giloy (Tinospora cordifolia), also known as Guduchi, is a highly valued herb in Ayurveda, often called “Amrita” (meaning “the root of immortality”) for its wide-ranging health benefits.Giloy Powder (also known as Guduchi Churna) is made from the dried stem or leaves of Tinospora cordifolia and is a traditional Ayurvedic way to consume this powerful herb.
How to Take Giloy Powder:

● 1–3 grams (about ½ to 1 tsp), once or twice daily

Traditional Use Tip:
● Boil 1 tsp of Giloy powder in 2 cups of water until it reduces to 1 cup. Strain and drink as a Giloy kadha once daily to support immunity and fight fever.
Precautions:
